Rhubarb, Rose and Vanilla Jam

Mrs B’s recipe for homemade rhubarb jam for making melt in the mouth jam tarts or for putting on her out of this world scones and a dollop of clotted cream (it’d be rude not to!).

I’ve been giving it a go as it’s rhubarb season and it’s delicious. Even if you don’t like the taste of Rose you can put less Rose water in or leave it out and up the vanilla!
